Leadership Coaching for Women Entrepreneurs

Many women business owners lead while holding a lot at once — clients, a team, family, community, and their own big ideas. You may be great at taking care of everything and everyone, and still find it hard to take your own leadership seriously.

CHOPS coaching gives you space to do exactly that. It's leadership coaching from the inside out, for women who are building something meaningful and want to lead it with clarity instead of constant self-doubt.

Who is this coaching for?

This coaching is for women entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and small business owners, and for women in leadership transitions — stepping into a bigger role, growing a team for the first time, moving into ministry leadership, or starting over in a new season.

Common challenges we work on

Women leaders often tell a similar story: they're capable, trusted, and busy — and quietly unsure whether they deserve the seat they're in. That self-doubt can show up as underpricing, overworking, avoiding visibility, or waiting for permission that never comes.

Coaching helps you name those patterns and practice new ones in real situations: pricing your services, setting boundaries, delegating, speaking up in rooms where you feel outnumbered, and making decisions without needing everyone's approval.

How the CHOPS Method supports women leaders

CHOPS builds five inner capacities. Confidence is identity-rooted self-belief that holds under pressure. Hope is the ability to see a vision and find pathways toward it. Optimism is realistic, resilient positive expectation. Perseverance is sustainable momentum for the long game. And Spirit is your authentic core — your calling, values, and connection to something larger than outcomes.

You'll start with the free Mini CHOPS Gap Assessment to see your strongest pillar and your growth edge. Then coaching focuses on the pillar that will make the biggest difference for you right now.

Leading through a transition

Leadership transitions can be exciting and disorienting at the same time. Maybe you've just hired your first employee, taken on a bigger client, stepped into ministry leadership, or decided it's time for your business to grow. The skills that got you here are still valuable, but the role is asking more of you.

In a transition, it's common for confidence to dip, even for very capable women. Coaching gives you a steady place to sort through what's changing, decide what kind of leader you want to be in this new season, and practice that leadership in real conversations.

You'll leave sessions with clear next steps: a conversation to have, a boundary to set, a decision to make, or a habit to try. Over time, those steps build the kind of confidence that holds — rooted in who you are, not in whether everything goes perfectly.

And you don't have to do it alone. Whether you choose group coaching with other business owners or private coaching, you'll have support from someone who understands what it's like to build something meaningful.

Frequently asked questions

Is this coaching only for women?

This page is written for women entrepreneurs and women in leadership transitions, but CHOPS coaching is open to all leaders.

I'm not a 'big' business owner. Is this still for me?

Yes. CHOPS was built by a business owner for business owners, including solopreneurs and small teams without a big HR department.

Can my faith be part of the coaching?

If you'd like it to be. Spirit is one of the five pillars, and Terra's Christian faith informs her work, but CHOPS is not denominational or preachy.
